Picton - Grafton Gate

At Grafton Gate we had been re-approached by CBRE due to our successful completion of Pembroke Court. We were to carry out a major plant replacement on 4 floors of office fit-out in helping reduce the carbon imprint for their repeat client Picton. For these works we carried out site visits and ascertained scope requirements and the most commercially viable solution.

Mectric acted as the main contractor in the removal of 1No. Chiller 4No. Modular boilers and the complete strip out of the LTHW and CHW services. This included the installation of a complete new VRF system within an occupied building.
