Martin formed Mectric Solutions back in 2006, from here it has grown in to a market leading M&E company, doubling turnover year on year and still delivering the high quality which he demands. A wealth of knowledge owing to 20 years of industry experience, his role as Technical Services Director means he is the one stop shop for any technical query which arises; from design all the way down to site level engineering.

As an overview, Daniel has over 20 years within the industry, with previous senior management experience in both pre-construction and operations. Daniel has delivered major iconic London projects to the value of £27 million in mechanical and electrical. Having this board overview allows him to have a wealth of knowledge taken from his operational and technical background. Daniel has a diverse approach to his clients supporting them to collaboratively engineer tailored solutions to deliver work whilst identifying project key risks and opportunities.Daniel also brings an established background as a main contractor, giving him a thorough understanding of projects as well as clients’ needs and expectations.

Charlotte has been an integral part of Mectric since it’s formation in 2006. As Company Secretary and Accounts Manager, she oversees the commercial side of the business, managing day-to-day finances and HR. Her role is a cornerstone in keeping the Mectric machine running smoothly.

Sarah joined Mectric in 2018 after working as a commercial manager in the retail sector, where she gained value able experience in cost control, budget management, and raising work orders. She began as a project administrator/buyer, also supporting small works including call-outs and maintenance. With her growing experience, Sarah has since progressed to Procurement Manager and continues to build on her professional development.

Whilst Danny is electrically biased he has gained all round knowledge of HVAC mechanical trades which is key in providing our clients the best service.
