22 Cowper Street, located in the competitive commercial heart of Central London, was a project requiring a complete mechanical upgrade across four floors. The objective was to transform the building from a shell and core structure into a fully functional office space with modern mechanical systems that meet CAT-A plus specifications. Our role included not just the installation but also the detailed 3D design of the mechanical systems using Revit, ensuring that every element was optimized and integrated seamlessly into the building’s design.
